Public outreach will be continuous throughout the project. The foundation of public engagement and outreach is the canyon user. For all of 2015, all canyon visitors will receive a copy of the Timpanogos Reflections newspaper, with the Vision being the front-page story. Mobile engagement events will be held in the canyon during several holiday weekends, and a Forest Service/USU-led visitor intercept survey team will be engaging more than 2,500 canyon visitors for detailed visitor use surveys. In addition, we will attend community events throughout Utah County, and hold formal public meetings at every major stage of Vision development. A detailed list of events, dates, and times is available at www.afcvision.com/schedule.
